From finger-lickin good to an eyesore
Worse than not having a neighborhood KFC is having a closed KFC building that looks like this, behind Walgreens at FM2499 and FM3040.

I sent the following to KFC via Yum Brands web site. Hopefully they will respond as promptly as the Jack in the Box company did with a similar situation I brought to their attention.
Driving by your restaurant I noticed that the landscaping team has foresaken the site. While I understand that you have ceased doing business in our fair city, like any responsible neighbor you should still maintain the property even though you do not 'live' there. It is an eyesore and others have noticed as well:

A similar situation occurred with a Jack in the Box site in recent past. I contacted 'Jack' and he sent a crew to clean up what was left of his 'box' rather promptly. Maybe the Colonel might send over a private with a lawnmower and a leaf blower to fix this issue.
