It's been a good week for our fledgling community news site. The elections (with 3 challengers facing off against 3 incumbents) ought to be good for business. RoundTheMound.com is the only local site where you can read the news, create your own news, and talk about all things Flower Mound in the same place. We now have well over a hundred registered users. It's free and it's fun.

I realize that this is an old defunct site now, and I'm responding to an archive, but the part about being "the only local site where you can read the news, create your own news, and talk about all things Flower Mound in the same place"... ...Theres been several sites that do just that before roundthemound, as well as before this one and they are still in existence to this day. So while your site does in fact do all these things, your claim of being the "only" one is not true.
Hmm I'm not aware of any other FM website that let you create your own news stories yourself. Anonymous, please post a link so we can see for ourselves.
