$150,000 for a building lot?

That new Adam's-something-or-the-other small subdivision on Old Settlers Road near the high school is open for business. They're advertising lots for $150,000 and up. None of the lots appears to be larger than a half-acre or so. Already some of the better locations (back of the neighborhood near a pond) have SOLD signs posted on them.
